Live in flips real estate investing strategy

Me and my wife are looking into live in flips and are wondering what are the positives and negatives of this strategy? Also what was your process during your live in flip? All comments are welcome.

Pros:

• owner occupant financing
• can take your time with rehab
• tax free sale after two years

Cons:

• living in a construction zone
• contractors constantly at your residence

I've done two live in flips...it's a great way to kick-start real estate investing.
