Getting Started in RE
Hello, I am new to RE and I just wanted to ask more seasoned investors a few questions. First off, I was told that in RE for a newbie wholesaling is the way to go to learn as well as earn capital. As I research, I see articles the wholesaling is actually illegal here in Mississippi. Any Mississippi wholesalers in here that can confirm or deny that. If so, can any RE investor tell me how they got started ? How you gained capital and grew as an investor? Thanks!
