I have a property in Austell georgia. Its a 4plex. As is value 240k contract price 120k arv 350k 40k in repairs.
rent 5k a month already have a contract for a personal care home.
I need someone who is a real private lender not a broker. That can do this.
i flip 3 to 5 houses a year since 1996 im very experienced and can give so many refrences. My lender quit lending i need a new one i made him a fortune.

Hey Anthony, random question, but is the seller of the property a guy by the name of George in the downtown area? If so, I own the two properties next to it. Not that many multi properties in the area so I am familiar with most of the inventory and owners. Anyway, hope everything goes well for you.
