Purchase and assignment agreements

Posted

For wholesaling purposes, I'm looking to acquire a purchase agreement and an assignment agreement. There are many on the web to choose from, but curious about what the BiggerPockets community has used and is still using. Thanks in advance.

You can put one together yourself. It just needs to say that you are assigning all your interest in the contract (and then list the date and attach the contract). How much are you assigning the contract for and who are all the parties(assignor and assignee). If something is wrong, the title company will ask you to correct it. No big deal.
