Removing existing tenants?
Hi all!
When purchasing a new rental property, should part of the sale agreement be that the seller ends the current tenant’s lease?
I heard from one investor that he has sellers use the cash for keys method in order to have current tenants leave the property.
I’d love to hear feedback from anyone who is familiar with purchasing properties with existing tenants!
