Refinancing a Condo - How to choose a lender?

Hi BP Members!

I own a condo as an investment property, I bought it last year as a foreclosure, did the rehab, and its been rented for almost 1 year. I was now looking to refinance this condo. 

My question is how should I go about in finding a lender? Should I work with my bank, a mortgage broker, credit union, etc? Is there anything specific I should look out for considering this is a condo?
