NY Capital Region - Troy NY
All,
My partners and I are highly motivated and interested in investing in Upstate NY area and have honed in on Troy NY. From previous posts, it seems to be a mixed bag of reviews. In some posts, some talk about the property values being overheated and some mention the areas not being safe. Does anyone have any recent experience ?
We are looking for deals in Troy and property managers ASAP. Thanks in advance !
