Hi all! 

This may be a newbie (silly) question, but if you decide to transition your second home into a rental property - do you have to refinance your mortgage into an investment instead of second home?

@Alexandra Sales I would start with the broker. If he/she does not know the answer they should be able to at least point you in the right direction on who to contact.
