SoCal investors -- What is the general sentiment about current prices in the LA market? Supply seems to be extremely limited at the moment, but with high demand, driving prices up. LA was not as impacted in the last recession as other parts of the country -- curious to hear if folks think that will be the case this time around in the coming months as well.
