Can't decide whether LLC or INC? Suggestions?
Hello everyone! I'm new here, started my real estate investing process few months ago in Omaha, NE. Have two properties under my belt :) and both rented currently. Exciting! Anyway, I wanted to weigh in whether to create an LLC or INC, in terms of tax write offs and liability protection. If anyone has suggestions, I'm an open book! Thank you!
