Deciding our First Market

Hey BP,

My wife and I are looking to move out of NYC within the next 15 months and are trying to make an educated decision on where to go. We are looking to sell and fix n' flip our way into multi-family commercial properties within the next 10 years. We are originally from Utah, but have started to focus on Idaho (ID), Arizona (AZ) and Texas (TX) along with Utah (UT). Obviously these are hot markets already, and I have already reached out to some brokers, but We are needing resources to help us make our decision. For example, information on  Landlord & Tenant laws, tax rates for personal and business, mortgage rates, etc.

Any info would be very helpful.

@Steven Richards Not sure if you're sold on those markets specifically, but the Midwest is also a great place to invest. Cities like Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, etc. are really stable markets with great rent growth and affordable investment opportunities.
