Looking For Chicago Structural Engineer

I have a friend(LOL that sounds like I am asking for myself) that is looking for a structural engineer.  They are looking to have an independent assesment on a property in Glenview where there is a deck partially finished and there could be new structural issues they need advice on the overall scope and where the project went wrong.
