Canadian Investors on Bigger Pockets?

Just curious if there are ay Canadian folks using Bigger Pockets? This is a great resource and tool and havent found one that compares North of the border yet. Looking to connect with other folks investing in Canada to connect.

REIN Canada has a forum, but I believe the bulk of their forum content is reserved for members only. There still seems to be many "sub-members" that converse on the public forums there though. Could be a useful reference tool. Just be wary of their constant marketing to get you to join.

I don't believe there is a comparable forum like BP for Canada. This is it. There are lots of Canadians on here. I find it helps to connect with others if you set up keyword notifications for "canada" and/or your specific market to get alerts when people post about it. Also, create a bio containing keywords so others can find you if they search.

Hey Steven..when you say 'tool' are you talking about the deal analyzers on BP specifically?  Our Canadian market (Torontonian here) is very tight and prices, as I am sure you are aware are high.  That being said there are some periphery markets that have deals.  Post here or feel free to reach out to me directly.  Cheers!
