Is it safe to have a nominee trustee who resigns from the land trust when deeded ? As later when you decide to refinance or sell can the issue arise where the nominee trustee may be required even if the land trust indicates that the nominee trustee resigns after it is deeded and appoints the successor trustee who is the true owner?
