Buying a rental property with tax returns
Hi everyone, I hope everyone is enjoying their day, I have a question.
Is it a bad idea to invest in a rental property with tax returns? I have been looking into real estate for the longest and I am beyond ready to jump in, I have more knowledge of wholesaling more than anything else but I just want to buy my first property next year. What books do you recommend for me to read or what websites will give me the proper knowledge? Do you think YouTube university is a good place to learn?
