Areas to Invest In DFW

Good morning all,

Which are the best areas to invest in in the DFW area, Texas? I am representing a group. We are looking at the DFW area (I mean the hottest areas in the DFW area) and also eyeing Austin, Texas. Please, which are the best areas in the DFW area to pay attention to? I mean class A or class B DFW areas with potential for building MFH only. We wish to check out the DFW area first, and if nothing interesting comes out of the area, then we move on to Austin, Texas
