New to wholesaling houses 2020
Im 20 years old and im new to the whole real estate game.. every where I researched it said most of the people in real estate got started in Wholesaling real estate since it’s little to no upfront cost since you’re not buying a property. I have a lot of questions and I feel like writing them on here won’t give me the answers I’m looking for so I’m willing to pay just to talk to someone over the phone or just personally so I can fully understand the concept and how to actually wholesale real estate.. all these you YouTube gurus you know they are ALWAYS ALWAYS leaving small important pieces of information out. But thank you once again! Just let me know a price and I’ll pay! I rather pay to learn from someone who has actual experience doing what I want to do rather than pay for random peoples’ courses or a college class, any day.
