Looking for Recomendations on credit check companies

As a landlord, I literally have only used Zillow for applications. I wanted to see what everyone else is doing for applications, credit checks etc...

I use TransUnion through my PM software.  Before that I have used Rentprep and they did a pretty great job.  Not the cheapest though.  You will still need to call references and verify employment.
