We have a realtor and we have lived in Alaska before. I'm hoping to talk with other REIs in the area. We have done 2 flips and closed on 2 BRRRRs. None in Alaska. Please reach out if you have tips or advice on buying in the Palmer area. Thanks!

@Annie Johnson - I grew up in the Valley - Palmer is great - be aware of the bed tax on all rentals there though in the city proper. Most growth has been on the Wasilla side - but if you're near the PW HWY then it's all close enough.
