First rental property
Hello all! My wife and I decided to turn our first home into a rental rather then just selling. Forgive me if my questions are basic but just actively starting out on this journey. Can anyone suggest where to perform background Checks for possible tenants? This will be first of many questions as they arise.

@Jermaine Jamison-Boston I use TenantCloud for my management software, they have a feature that once a potential tenant applies through Tenantcloud it will auto send them a link for a background and credit check, it also gives you the option to pay for it or have the applicant pay
