Flip opportunity in Jersey City
Hey everyone, I'm looking to invest in a flip project in Jersey City. We will be seeking approvals for extending 60% of the lot size. The property doesn't fall under the historical district, however, it is classified as a historic building. Has anyone dealt with the historic board? Would appreciate your advice or any pitfalls to watch out for.
