Anyone Use Chicago Deal Vault??

Just recently found out about Chicago Deal Vault as a way to streamline lead generation for flips, rentals, and wholesalers. Does anyone use it? Have any feedback?

@Jordan Laney - I've never used Chicago deal Vault but know the owner decently well.  I know a lot of Chicago REIA students use it and seems like it works well.

I think there is a way to sign up for a free trial.  Really the information they are providing is a public but just arranging it in an easier way to
