Conventional Loan Question

I am looking at buying 2 multi family homes in PA and was wondering if 20% is mandatory for a conventional loan? Is there any loan options where you can do 10%. FHA won't work for me because I won't be living in a unit. Thank you for any advice or assistance on this.

@Arun Dharan 20% is the minimum if you are using conventional financing but it may require 25% if you are doing a residential loan (1-4 units). The commercial lender I've talked to is also at 20% though I'm not sure if that changes depending who you use. Best advice is call a bunch of local banks and find out what they are offering. Best of luck!
