Internship in St. Paul Minnesota area

Hello everyone, I am a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Stout studying Business Administration and Real Estate Property Management. I am looking to gain some experience in real estate investing and would love to intern, or just do some busy work for a local investor or investment firm. I am currently taking classes online from home in the Twin Cities area and will be here throughout the rest of the school year as well as the summer.
