sf property transfer to LLC

Hello investors, this is my first post so I apologize in advance if anything about it is screwy...

I have created and LLC and I am getting ready to transfer my sf properties. Four of them have a full payment 'due on sale' clause with their lender (the other three with SNMC do not). I have been advised by an investor and a mortgage broker that this wasn't an issue. The banks will not care as long as the mortgage payment is coming in monthly. Any other opinions on this? What if the mortgage is sold to another bank? Will it be an issue if the title is in the LLC name vs mine?

Another question less relevant: will transferring to LLC stop the wholesalers' texts/calls to my and my wife's cell if the title no longer has our name?

Thanks.
