Wholesale newbie tips
So I’ve decided to change my real estate plan and start off doing wholesaling to gain capital faster. I’ve done my research on it and want any tips And advice BP members can give me like negotiating with seller, finding phone numbers and owners name, and finding buyers. I’m also located in new jersey.
