Rental properties cash flow
Hello, I'm looking forward to getting my first rental property soon in about four-six months. My plan is to house hack a duplex or Single family houses. I'm located in hampton roads area and looking to get my first rental property in Va beach! I'm analyzing deals both for single family homes and multifamily homes that comes on the MLS. Anyone have rental properties in the Hampton roads area and cash flow well with SFH? As I'm analyzing deals most the SFH in the area are not cash flowing well. I'm just curious if I should start looking more into multifamily homes? Anyone feedback would be helpful! Thank you
