Invest first or purchase 1st home!
Hello all! I am 24 years old, i have a daughter, I’m in the military and I am a respiratory therapists. I’ve been strongly considering real estate as a third source of income but I just don’t know which way to go. Should I:
A) purchase a cheap single family home just to get my daughter and I settled first?
OR....
B) should I start investing first and worry about settling later, I.e purchase a duplex or triplex first?
