Purchase price: 359k
Rent (all units are the same at 612 sqft, 1 bed 1 bath)
Unit 1 - $975.
Unit 2 - $975
Unit 3 - empty
Property tax: $4,349
If I put 25% down is $89,750
My payment would be roughly $1,700 with taxes and insurance
If I can get the last unit rented $975 x 3 units = $2,925
Monthly profit - $1,225
