Real estate attorney in Georgia

I’m going to look at my first property in less then a week and I’m looking to do seller financing. Some people gave me advice saying I need to get a real estate agent and an attorney also some say just an attorney since I found a house. So I’m wondering are their any real estate attorneys here in Georgia that can help me out? Or can anybody point me in the direction on how to go about finding a real estate attorney?
