Urban Short-Term Rentals Niche

My business partner and I are creating a real estate investment firm. -- Our niche will be acquiring Chicago properties to convert to short-term rentals.

We will acquire the properties under our LLC and keep them rented/managed efficiently (min 90% occupancy rate).

If managed properly, short-term rentals produce higher cash flow than traditional 12-month rentals. -- This higher cash flow easily covers the mortgage, taxes, and maintenance costs while providing a strong return on investment for investors (most important!).

Does anyone have tips or know of investors who would be interested in this type of investment opportunity?
