Favorite type of real estate investing
Hey everyone,
I was wondering what is your favorite type of real estate investing strategy and why? I haven't not yet purchased a home or rental property but I do believe that buying and holding single and multi-family homes is what I want to do. I just want to pick everyone's brains to see different points of views on differnt investment strategies.
