License needed for wholesaling?

I’ve heard that in my state (Indiana) a license or new law is coming for wholesaling...

It only helps to have it. You have access to real comps with the MLS. You have additional exit strategies if they don't like your wholesale price or can't accept it because they owe too much- list it. Give you more credibility because the dumbest agent has more credibility in the public's eye than the smartest wholesaler. Costs like $1500 a year to maintain and if you can make your money's worth with it, probably shouldn't do RE.
