I am looking to start real estate investing. Right now I am reading a book by Brandon Turner, which brought me to this website and forum. As a newbie, I am looking for any tips and advice that one could provide to help my journey in the real estate realm. Much appreciated!

@Account Closed Welcome!...start with a 2-4 unit property using fha loan to put 3.5% down....Lender can use rents from the units you are not living in to help you qualify for a higher loan than you'd qualify for otherwise.  work with a local agent in the area that is also an investor so they can help you navigate through good deals vs bad deals.  Good Luck!
