Looking for insights-advice about BRRRR strategy In Canada
HELLO BP COMMUNITY,
In April 2020 I bought my first rental property in Calgary, Alberta. I own half of a duplex which is rented out to 2 diferent tenants ($2280 monthly gross rent). I got into this deal with my gf's uncle and payed $270k cash.
It is a good property and I was thinking to BRRRR it. I would like to know if there is someone using this strategy in Canada to get more insights. I read a lot about this strategy and most of the source came from people doing it in the US.
