Looking for some advice
Brand new to real estate game. Family members are trying to put a house from one of my great aunts on market come March!
The house paid off needs work but could possibly be turned into multi family rental property.
Looking for a little advice on how I can acquire the house from my other family members legally and be in my name. And what would be first steps in getting the property rehab rented etc.
