LLC before or after investment purchase
My husband and I are looking into purchasing a second home in AZ and renting it out. We would like to do a vacation rental, since we plan on moving to AZ in the next year. We will then long term rent out our current home in Washington.
My question is should we creat a LLC now, before we purchase? Or can we creat it after the home is purchased.
Once we move are we able to transfer the AZ home with the WA home?
We are new to this and appreciate any advice.
