Live in Flip Tips/Advice
Hey biggerpockets! My wife finally got to the point where she would be willing to do a live in flip. Problem is we do not know much about what to expect. Are there any things we should prioritize when looking for a fixer upper that makes sense? We would love to also keep it as a rental. Any advice is welcome.
