Property Management Software
I tried searching this topic but the search on the site wasn't working. I am looking for good property management software. I want to be able to track where my expenses are, how different properties are performing, what my total returns and equity are etc. Also something that spits out balance sheet, cash flow, income statements. Something that helps stay organized for taxes as well. I don't need a deal analyzer I already set up what I want in exel for that. Not sure if there is something like this, I can do it all in exel but would rather spend my time finding and analyzing properties. Thanks!
