I am an investor with 6 properties, i manage 4 of them the other two I hire someone to do it. I had been using Google Sheets to record my expenses etc. I then started using QuickBooks self employed that was great but limited and wont let me take pictures of my receipts etc and assign them to a property. What are you all using? --  I would love to have a software that would allow picture taking and assign expenses to the property and when rents hit my bank account to assign them to the right property. Is there such a thing that is not cost prohibited?
