Hello,

My first post on BP. Looking at New Mexico to buy some multifamily. Anyone else currently invested here or considering?  We have talked to a few property managers and agents.  Looked at Las Cruces and Santa Fe.  Being from Oregon Santa Fe looks pretty cool, but of course prices higher.  Love any insight.  Cheers,
