Hey BP,

I recently had family move to Madison for work, figured I’d check out the area for myself and found all of the attention it’s been getting.

I’m interested in any thoughts on all of the new construction in Madison/Huntsville area for buy and hold. I had a great experience with my previous new construction buy and since I’m currently OOS I love the low maintenance threat they pose.
