Undercover Billionaire (Bigger Pockets Edition)
Hey BP,
I'm a big fan of the show Undercover Billionaire on discovery channel. And because I like to learn how entrepreneurial minds think, I would like to hear from successful real estate investors how they would play the game.
Contest: You are dropped off in a city where you have no connections, and your goal is to create a million dollar business in 90 days. You only have $100 in your pocket and a old beat up car.
I realize that the specifics might change how you go about this task (E.g. what city your in, what time of year, during a pandemic, how big the city is). What I would like to hear is what big actions you would take to accomplish this goal. And hopefully that would translate to any scenario.
