I grew up in Bowling Green, Ohio so very familiar with Perrysburg!

One good way is purchase a list from www.listsource.com of cash purchases in the last 6 months in your area.  I would guess for that small of an area you could get the full list for $50 or so.

BP is the best place I have found online. In person, the Toledo REIA is great. Anna Mills does an amazing job.

@Terry Hershberger  Perrysburg is a Toledo suburb. If you are investing in Southwest Ohio, let me know.

I am in investor. If I may suggest, narrow down your focus of what you plan to do and what the involvement would be for the investor.

You may also want to seek employment with an old real estate investor in your area. Learn while you are paid. At the same time, you will meet other investors.

What do you mean by "acquire" investors?

If you mean that you're looking to meet/network with other investors....well, right here on this website is a good place.  The more you post and interact, the more people you'll eventually "meet".

As for meeting people in person in your local area, any local REIA is usually a good place to start.
