Hyperfast Development : Dan Lesniak and Sunil Saxena

Anybody has any experience with Hyperfast Development? They are a small developer in the DC area. They allow passive investors. The principals are Dan Lesniak and Sunil Saxena. I attended a webinar. Wanted to see if anyone has any prior experience with them.
