What services do you use to look at comparables?
Hi everyone! This is my first post and i’m super excited to be more involved in the forum!
I’m from Long Island, NY (would love to connect with anyone else from the area)
I’m currently looking at properties in Albany, NY and have a certain interest in a duplex up there. I ran the numbers through the BP rental calculator and the deal seems to be pretty good.
My question for everyone is - what services do you find helpful for looking at comparables in the market area to help with your research?
