Down-payment on a turnkey investment
Hello Ladies and Gents,
I'm beginning my rental real estate venture and have some questions. Deciding on what area I'd like to focus on the most and I find myself looking at turnkey properties the most.
What is the best strategy for a first time rental investor on turnkey properties? Is a 20% conventional loan down payment the best method? What are pros and cons ?
