I have a few rental properties already so I’m familiar with expenses for rentals, however I self manage. I’m thinking about purchasing a vacation rental and was wondering if people could give me advice on the extra expenses involved with a vacation rental. I know there will be property management fees. What other things should I look out for?

Sheets, towels, furniture replacement every few years, tv, kitchen stuff. 

have you started creating your airbnb listing? Take their list of amenities, throw into spreadsheet and do the math.

furniture alone can be 3k+ unless you go Craigslist route
