How to decide which neighborhood to focus on?
I'm new to wholesaling in Atlanta. People have told me to start "farming" close by where I live, but the houses close by where I live are the higher end houses (500K to 1million). Atlanta is a big city, and I'm a little confused as to what neighborhood to focus on for wholesaling. How do I find a good neighborhood to start out in? Am I looking for neighborhoods with houses in a specific price range? Please help!
