New investor advise?
Hi! I’m new to the property investing world and have been trying to figure out where to start gaining more knowledge before diving complete in. I have been saving since 2020 and I have roughly 20k saved so far. My goal is to purchase a 4 plex as my first investment this year but I don’t know where to start...any advice?
